 An Air Handling Unit (AHU) is a device used in HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) systems to condition, regulate and circulate air to maintain a specific condition inside a confined space or a process. 

AHU is a critical component in large commercial and industrial environments, where maintaining indoor air quality, temperature, and humidity levels is essential. AHUs are often connected to ductwork, which distributes the conditioned air throughout a building and returns it back to the AHU.
